BANDROA connects Clients with certified outdoor professionals.

For Clients

    Search

    Pick an activity, a place and a date, then compare Guide profiles.

  2. 2

    Request

    Send a booking request. The Guide accepts or declines it.

  3. 3

    Pay

    Once your request is accepted, pay by card or TWINT.

  4. 4

    Go

    Enjoy the activity, then leave a review for your Guide.

For Guides

  1. 1

    Create your profile

    Show your activities, prices, certifications, photos and Instagram.

  2. 2

    Get verified

    Add your cantonal licence and your liability insurance.

  3. 3

    Receive requests

    Accept the bookings that suit you and chat with your Clients.

  4. 4

    Get paid

    You are paid 24 to 48 h after the activity, minus a small commission.

Cancellations

Cancellations before the activity are refunded according to the Guide's policy. Weather cancellations are fully refunded.
